Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, drop pregnancy weight or just maintain your current fitness level, I make sure that your workouts are tailored to suit your needs. I teach you proper form and how to plow through plateaus whilst keeping you excited and motivated for the next sweat session.
Lean Kiwi Bootcamp
45 minutes to an hour of pure sweat inducing, muscle burning, heart pumping exercises. Whether you're a seasoned 'boot camper' or never tried one before, these sessions are for you. There are many variations of exercises from advanced to beginner and I'll be there to coach you through. If I tell you to drop and give me 10 push ups, you can do them whatever way you can. You may be a tough bloke that will throw out 10 one armed push ups, or you may be a complete beginner with little to no upper body strength who can do 5 on your knees. Either way is perfectly fine and encouraged, as long as you are doing the best YOU can.

Personalized Workout Schedule
While having one on one workout sessions with me every week is an amazing start, I also encourage working out on your own to achieve even greater results, faster. But one of the worst things you can do is go to the gym and not having a clue what to do. You will waste your time and potentially hurt yourself if you don't know what you're doing. To avoid this, I offer personalized schedules with detailed workouts for you to follow through our program. They include a summarized look at what you'll be doing each day, for instance Monday - Glutes and Shoulders; Tuesday - Rest. Or Monday - High Intensity Interval Training; Tuesday - Yoga class at the gym. Then to take it a step further I design your individual workouts to follow, unless you are doing a class at your gym or fitness center. So if your goal is to build muscle, I may have a 'Glutes' training day and in your plan it will tell you what exercises to do, how many sets and reps to do and will have spaces where you will fill in your weight and reps. And don't worry if you don't know what reps, sets and weight means because I will educate you in all of this. Remember, the key word here is 'personalized'. I will not make you go swimming if you don't have access to a pool and I won't put exercise machine workouts in there if you are working out at home.
